Huge Triangle UAP captured over Hangzhou, China 4-6-2017

This video has a number of things going on with it. There are 3 blue lights in a triangle formation. Sometimes they flash in a red color. Then infront of one of the blue lights there's a chain of around four to five lights. Then it looks like another version of these 5 lights are white and more off in the distance. It's unclear exactly what's going on here. None of the lights on the video appear to be moving. This could be some kind of advertisement but its hard to say.
I'm going to catalog this sighting and see if anything related comes up in the future or in past videos.
