2015 Military "Gimbal" UAP Official video of a Disc Shaped Craft.

Official U.S. Navy video of a 2015 UFO encounter, taken aboard a Navy fighter jet from the nuclear aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt, off the eastern seaboard, near the Florida coast.

The Gimbal Video captured on an FA-18 Super Hornet's AN/ASQ-228 ATFLIR targeting pod by the Red Rippers.

Here is the conversation from the pilot and copilot watching this.

"It's a **** drone brl!"
There's a whole fleet of them. Look on the ASA.
My gosh!
There all going against the wind the wind.
The wind is is 120 knots out of the west.
Look at that thing dude!
That's not an (inaudible) though, is it?
That's an (inaudible)..
Well if theres a.
Look at that thing.
It's rotating!

There has been fantastic reporting on this. Below are a few exercpts from the history.com

"Those three videos are just part of a larger effort by the U.S. Navy to try and investigate a series of incursions into our training ranges by phenomena that we're calling unidentified aerial phenomena," says Gradisher, who declined to say how many sightings there have been. "Our aviators train as they fight. So when they're out there training, if there's an incursion by any kind of aerial vehicle phenomena, whatever, it puts the safety of our aviators at risk as well as the security of our training operations."

"The U.S. Navy has confirmed that three F-18 gun-camera videos first released by The New York Times and a UFO research organization show "unidentified aerial phenomena," or UAPs”a more formal term for UFOs that doesn't have all the little-green-men baggage."

"The Times originally released two of the videos in a December 2017 article revealing that the Pentagon had operated a secret UFO investigatory project, called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). All three videos were published on the website of To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences, a UFO research organization founded by former Blink-182 singer and guitarist Tom DeLonge. "

"To be clear, the Navy is not saying that these videos show evidence of alien life. Rather, the Navy is saying it can't identify the phenomena in the videos. The Navy considers UAPs like these a national security and safety problem because they are not authorized to be in U.S. airspace."

"All in all, the objects were observed by multiple sensors per sighting: the naked eye, radar, and infrared, ruling out a sensor malfunction as the cause of the sightings. Fravor saw the objects with his own eyes, and they were also seen by the Princeton and the ATFLIR pods."

"These things would be out there all day," Graves said."Keeping an aircraft in the air requires a significant amount of energy. With the speeds we observed, 12 hours in the air is 11 hours longer than we'd expect."

Which typically has a debunker angle to this kind of stuff just jumped on the pro UAP band wagon with some pretty good ongoing reporting as the facts trickle out.

"Lieutenant Ryan Graves, another Super Hornet pilot, told the Times that the objects he saw in 2014 and and 2015 looked like a “sphere encasing a cube.” These sightings could be of two separate objects or a single object viewed from different perspectives. "

The three publicly released videos, nicknamed “FLIR1,” “Gimbal,” and “GoFast,” were all taken using the AN/ASQ-228 Advanced Targeting Forward-Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) pod. In “Gimbal,” the infrared pod clearly sees a “hot,” whistle-shaped object that pilots say is going against a 120 knot wind. Graves told the Times that the infrared sensor on his CATM-9 training missile also picked up the missile.

Graves, in describing his 2014-15 incidents, said the objects were known for “showing up at 30,000 feet, 20,000 feet, even sea level. They could accelerate, slow down and then hit hypersonic speeds.”

Graves also mentioned another feature the UAPs seemed to have that his own fighter did not: much more energy than one would expect for a small craft.

“These things would be out there all day,” Graves said. “Keeping an aircraft in the air requires a significant amount of energy. With the speeds we observed, 12 hours in the air is 11 hours longer than we’d expect.”

Cloaked UAPs

Lieutenant Accoin said he interacted twice with the objects. The first time, after picking up the object on his radar, he set his plane to merge with it, flying 1,000 feet below it. He said he should have been able to see it with his helmet camera, but could not, even though his radar told him it was there.

A few days later, Lieutenant Accoin said a training missile on his jet locked on the object and his infrared camera picked it up as well. “I knew I had it, I knew it was not a false hit,” he said. But still, “I could not pick it up visually.”

The government can’t keep its story straight about its involvement with UFO research. After a yearlong investigation, we bust open the files, break through the noise, and reveal the definitive, staggering truth.
popularmechanics is really doing some great digging into these Military UAP evidence with a more in depth article.
