Columbia has a number of UAP recordings. Most of them show a black object hovering in the distance. Many of the videos are a bit grainy and you can't really make out out any details. Now we have a video that shows what one of those black dots in the sky look like with some details. This object looks quite large and a couple of miles away from the people recording it. It's a very strange looking object that's flat on top and has some spikes near the bottom of it.

The only thing that comes to mind for a mundane object is some kind of balloon. But this don't look like any type of hot air balloon or blimp I've ever seen before.
